Completed in 2024, LivAway Suites Smyrna offers 126 guest suites with a combination of California king and double queen suites with fully equipped kitchens. This location offers a fitness center, tech-enabled laundry and other amenities to accommodate longer term stays.
West77 Partners developed and its in-house construction company – Wasatch DC Builders NW – served as the construction manager for the project. The project was completed in approximately 16 months and was completed under budget.
