Bellevue, WA
An urban mixed-use development comprising 353 high-rise condominiums across two towers, 26 urban townhomes, 10,000 square feet of retail, and an underground parking garage with over 750 stalls. Mr. Nielson served as Managing Director, overseeing acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and the sale of all 379 units — including navigating the workout and payoff of a $153 Million US Bank led syndicated loan facility during the Great Financial Crisis.
West Jordan, UT
The inaugural LivAway Suites property and proof of concept for the brand’s affordable extended stay model. Completed on time and under budget, this property demonstrated the viability of ~13 month build times and rapid stabilization, achieving 80%+ occupancy within 90 days of opening.
Multiple Markets
A simultaneous development of multiple LivAway Suites properties across several states, demonstrating West77 Partners’ ability to scale rapidly while maintaining 100% under-budget delivery. This portfolio showcased the platform’s capacity for national expansion and operational excellence.
